ORANGE LEAF LOCATES IN THE SHOPS AT WHITESTONE CEDAR PARK—Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt has leased 1,863 square feet of space at The Shops at Whitestone, a Walmart-peripheral retail center located at the northwest corner of Highway 183 and FM 1431, for a new location. Russ Howard and Gabriel Sanchez with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the shopping center. Travis Sawvell with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the yogurt shop. Orange Leaf offers a great-tasting, sensible frozen dessert with specially selected toppings in a self-serve format. At The Shops of Whitestone, Orange Leaf joins a line-up that includes GameStop, Sally Beauty, SportClips, Sprint, Amplify Credit Union and several others. The Shops at Whitestone is managed by Cencor Realty Services. . .
