CHRISTIAN DRY CLEANERS LOCATES IN THE MARKET AT 1488 HOUSTON—Christian Dry Cleaners has leased 1,152 square feet of retail space in The Market at 1488, a community shopping center located at the intersection of FM 1488 and FM 2978 in Magnolia. Kyle Knight with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agent for the shopping center. The dry cleaner was represented by George May with The Barrister’s Broker, LLC. The lease brings The Market at 1488 to one-hundred-percent occupancy. The center’s line-up includes Kroger Signature, Merle Norman Cosmetics, Great Clips, H&R Block, Sprint, Little Caesars and several others. Cencor Realty Services manages The Market at 1488. .
