WEITZMAN HANDLES SALE OF BASSWOOD CROSSING
FORT WORTH—The Weitzman Group has negotiated the sale of Basswood
Crossing, a 33,127-square-foot community retail center shadow-anchored by a
grocery space. The center is located at 7451 North Beach Street at its
intersection with Basswood Boulevard.
Greg McDonald, CCIM, executive vice president with the Investment Advisory
Services division of The Weitzman Group, handled negotiations. The seller was
Dallas-based Basswood Crossing Limited Partnership, a limited partnership
assembled by Cencor Realty Services. The purchaser was BasswoodBeach Crossing,
Ltd., a Dallas-based limited partnership.
Basswood Crossing’s retail line-up includes CiCi’s Pizza, O’Reilly Auto
Parts, Great Clips, Paradise Tan and other shops and services.
The center benefits from its position in the heart of a dense, growing trade
area. Within a three-mile radius of the center, the population totals 115,747,
and the average household income exceeds $77,000.
