COAL VINES OPENS IN LAKE POINTE TOWN CENTER

SUGAR LAND—Coal Vines, specializing in New York-style pizza as well as pastas, sandwiches and other fine Italian-style entrees, has leased 3,012 square feet of retail space in Lake Pointe Town Center, a specialty retail center located at the northeast corner of Highway 59 and SH-6, for its first Houston-area location.

James Namken and Kyle Knight with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group represented Coal Vines in the transaction.  Charles Adams, vice president of retail for Planned Community Developers, Ltd., represented PCD.

Coal Vines, which recently opened, offers waterfront dining on Brooks Lake in the Whole Foods-anchored center.

Coal Vines is a concept developed by Joseph Palladino, a casual neighborhood restaurant reminiscent of Mr. Palladino’s upbringing in New York. Coal Vine’s offers specialty pizza complemented by a full menu and a wine list that is synonymous with quality at a reasonable price point.
