NEW SPORTS RESTAURANT CONCEPT LOCATES IN VICTORY AUSTIN—Peak Performers, an Austin temporary employment firm that exclusively serves the State of Texas and other Central Texas governmental jurisdictions, has leased 4,761 square feet of space in The Triangle, a mixed-use landmark located at 4616 Triangle Avenue, at the intersection of North Lamar and Guadalupe. Adam Zimel, Russ Howard and Gabriel Sanchez with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as exclusive retail leasing agents for The Triangle. Don Prater with The Stone Group represented the agency. The Triangle features 125,000 retail space, as well as lofts, apartments and a city park. Retailers at The Triangle include Mandola’s Italian Market, Chase Bank, Galaxy Café, Sago Modern Mexican, The Flying Saucer, The Vitamin Shoppe, OfficeMax and many more.
