AVERO DIAGNOSTICS RELOCATES TO LAS COLINAS IRVING—Avero Diagnostics, a molecular lab, has leased 22,142 square feet of laboratory and office space at 6221 Riverside Drive in the Las Colinas master-planned development for the relocation of its Dallas-area operations. Jonathan Diamond and Bill Knopick with the Corporate Services Division of The Weitzman Group represented the landlord. Kyle Jacobs with Stream Realty Partners LP represented the tenant. The laboratory facility is located within the Dallas Communications Complex in the center of Las Colinas. .
