MY FIT FOODS LOCATES IN FLOWER MOUND FLOWER MOUND—My Fit Foods, offering healthy prepared meals with balanced nutrition, has leased 1,722 square feet of retail space in Timber Prairie Plaza, a neighborhood shopping center located at the northeast corner of FM 1171 and FM 2499, for its first Flower Mound location. Matt Luedtke and Blake Shipp with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the shopping Center. Pete Podesta with United Commercial Realty handled negotiations for My Fit Foods. At Timber Prairie Plaza, My Fit Foods joins a line-up that includes Duff’s Fine Jewelry, Fantastic Sams, Palm Beach Tan and J Nails. My Fit Foods, started in 2004 by a personal trainer and certified nutritionist, now has more than 20 locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Houston and San Antonio markets. .
