May 2, 2011 MORGAN JOINS WEITZMAN GROUP IN D-FW DALLAS—Chrystal R. Morgan has joined the Corporate Services Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest regional commercial real estate firms in the United States, as an associate. Morgan specializes in the representation of office projects and office tenants in the Dallas area. She also works on market research and market strategies for office project owners, determining market forces, rate structures and market conditions. Prior to joining The Weitzman Group, Morgan’s real estate experience included working as an investment sales broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, where she marketed portfolios and properties as investment sales. She has worked and directed commercial real estate marketing programs in more 20 markets regionally. Morgan is an active member of the North Texas Certified Commercial-Investment Member Chapter, The Real Estate Council and its Young Guns committee and Commercial Real Estate Women. Morgan received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
