April 15, 2011 FUZZY'S LOCATES IN SHOPS AT MOCKINGBIRD DALLAS—Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, a casual, affordable restaurant offering fine Mexican food, has leased 2,500 square feet of retail space in The Shops at Mockingbird, a shopping center located at the intersection of Mockingbird Road and Lemmon Avenue. Elizabeth Allen and Austin Schenkel with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as exclusive retail leasing agents for the shopping center. J.D. Robertson with UCR represented the restaurant. At The Shops at Mockingbird, Fuzzy’s joins a line-up that includes LA Fitness, Family Dollar, Blue Smoke and Uptown Dental.  Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, which has locations throughout Dallas/Fort Worth and other Texas cities, as well as Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Louisiana, Missouri and Wisconsin, features a large menu that includes appetizers and soups, salads, tacos, burritos, Mexican dinners, grilled sandwiches and breakfast. Fuzzy’s Taco Shop also features ice-cold beer and Margaritas. Fuzzy’s original location is on Berry Street in Fort Worth. The new Garland location should open in April 2011.
