ULTA LOCATES IN RED OAK VILLAGE SAN MARCOS—ULTA, the largest beauty retailer that provides one-stop shopping for prestige, mass and salon products and salon services in the United States, has leased 14,798 square feet of retail space in Red Oak Village, a power retail center located at 2319 IH-35 South. Graham Carter with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group represented the shopping center. Jennifer Frank with Princeton Partners represented the retailer. At Red Oak Village, ULTA joins a line-up that includes Sam’s Club, Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshalls, Best Buy, PetSmart, Ross Dress for Less and other retailers and restaurants. . |
