WEITZMAN REPRESENTS JUST FITNESS 4 U ON D/FW EXPANSION DALLAS—Just Fitness 4 U, a popular national fitness operation, is aggressively expanding in Dallas/Fort Worth with plans to be a leading fitness choice for area consumers. The gyms offer value-oriented memberships and locations featuring state-of-the-art equipment and well-trained staffs. The fitness chain now has leased four Dallas/Fort Worth locations, each of which was renovated to meet the standards of the Just Fitness concept, and plans 20 additional sites. Marc Marrocco, Perren Gasc and Beau Barkerding with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group are representing Just Fitness 4 U on its marketwide expansion. Just Fitness 4 U has leased the following new locations: ·
A junior anchor space totaling 20,000 square feet in Mayfair Village, a
shopping center located at 500 Grapevine Highway in Hurst; ·
A junior anchor space
totaling 20,765 square feet in Casa Linda Plaza, a historic shopping center
located at the high-profile East Dallas intersection of Buckner Boulevard and
Garland Road. The Casa Linda Plaza location opens February 1; ·
A junior anchor space
totaling 17,373 square feet in Hebron Heights, a shopping center located at the
intersection of Hebron Parkway and Old Denton Road; ·
A freestanding building
totaling 33,890 square feet at 2524 North Galloway in Mesquite. .
