BUTTERFLY RESTAURANT LOCATES IN SOUTHLAKE SOUTHLAKE—Butterfly Restaurant, a new restaurant concept providing modern-creative and traditional styles of cooking, signature drinks and entertainment in a relaxed, upscale atmosphere, has leased 5,717 square feet of retail space in Cornerstone Plaza, a shopping center located at 2757 E. Southlake Boulevard (FM 1709), for its first location. Guy Grivas and Megan Nabholtz with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the shopping center. At Cornerstone Plaza, Butterfly Restaurant joins a line-up that includes Qdoba Mexican Grill, Batteries Plus and Stewart Title. Butterfly Restaurant’s menu will feature a selection of tapas, appetizers, small plates and a diverse variety of dinner entrees. The menu will change with the seasons to provide the freshest and best quality available. The restaurant also will feature an impressive wine cellar with various price points, a full bar and signature Martinis. Butterfly also will have live music several nights per week in its piano lounge. . |
