February 1, 2011 DUNLAP NAMED TO HEAD CENCOR SOLUTIONS DALLAS—Andy R. Dunlap, a commercial real estate professional with more than a decade of experience in the real estate loan servicing industry, has been named vice president and general manager of Cencor Solutions, a focused initiative that provides targeted brokerage and management services to owners of challenged Texas retail properties and that seeks investment opportunities by acquiring various assets from lender and investor portfolios, including bank REO portfolios. Dunlap will direct and expand the existing Cencor Solutions platform by marketing leasing and management services to distressed retail and office assets in Texas, as well as seeking out acquisition targets in the distressed market.  “Our goal is to be known as the ‘go-to guys’ for distressed assets in each of the major markets in Texas,” Dunlap said. Prior to joining Cencor Solutions, Dunlap was vice president of portfolio management for 1st Services Solutions, where he successfully closed more than 100 CMBS loan assumptions and modifications with a total principal balance in access of $2 billion dollars. Dunlap also held positions at BMC Capital as a loan originator, Prudential Asset Resources as an asset manager for a $4 billion dollar portfolio of CMBS and life company real estate loans, and as an analyst at the Bank of New York (BNY Asset Solutions).
