NETTLES JOINS WEITZMAN IN HOUSTON HOUSTON—David Nettles, a commercial real estate professional with extensive real estate experience in the Houston area, has joined the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group as an associate. At Weitzman, Nettles specializes in retail project representation and tenant representation. Prior to joining The Weitzman Group, Nettles was managing broker and partner with Nettles Land Investment Group, LLC, where he handled commercial leasing and sales, as well as tenant representation and other related duties. His previous real estate experience also includes work with Prudential Gary Greene, Retail Brokers of Texas, Inc., and J.P. King Auction Company. Nettles is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Texas Association of Realtors. He is active in numerous civic organizations, including the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (lifetime member); the Houston Young Professionals Committee, for which he is the 2011 Chairman; the Holland Lodge of Houston #1; and the Arabian Shrine of Houston.
