TEXAS WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS LOCATES IN McKINNEY MCKINNEY—The North Central Texas Council of Governments has leased 8,891 square feet of office space in Eldorado Square, an office-and-retail project located at 1701 W. Eldorado Parkway, for the relocation of Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas from 1713 W. Louisiana. Bill Knopick and Jonathan Diamond with the Office Services Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the landlord. Curt Linn with Bradford Commercial Realty Corp represented the tenant. Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas is one of 28 local workforce boards charged with overseeing and providing workforce development services to employers and job seekers. The North Central Texas Workforce area is made up of the 14 counties surrounding but not including Dallas County and Tarrant County. . . . .
