July 23, 2010 FORMER TARGET PURCHASED FOR REDEVELOPMENT DALLAS—Lys Holdings, LLC, has purchased a 98,496-square-foot former Target store located at 4343 Gannon Lane, in the Southwest Center Mall trade area. Steve Gray with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group and Sergio Rodriguez with Texas Premier Real Estate handled negotiations for the purchaser. Mark Reeder and Ryan Johnson with SRS Real Estate Partners represented Target. The purchaser will redevelop the property for multi-tenant use; Jenny Beauty Supply will occupy a portion of the redeveloped space. The location, which offers visibility to I-20, high traffic counts and high population makes the former Target an ideal candidate for redevelopment. .
