June 28, 2010 BEAUTY AND BEYOND LOCATES AT ARLINGTON'S FIELDER PLAZA ARLINGTON—Beauty and Beyond has leased 5,826 square feet of retail space in Fielder Plaza, a community shopping center located at N. Fielder Road at its inteserction with Randol Mill. Steve Gray and Blake Shipp with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the shopping center. Gary Smith with Gordon Smith Real Estate Services represented the retailer. Beauty and Beyond offers services including hair styling, pedicures, manicures, massage therapy and dance and yoga classes. At Fielder Plaza, Beauty and Beyond joins a line-up that includes Tom Thumb, CVS, Starbucks, Edible Arrangements and many more. The Weitzman Group is exclusive leasing agent for Fielder Plaza, which is managed by Cencor Realty Services.
