McNEIL NAMED SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT/ASSET MANAGEMENT
DALLAS—David
P. McNeil, a commercial real estate professional with more than 20 years of
experience and a member of the asset management team for Cencor Realty Services,
has been promoted to senior vice president and director of asset management for
Cencor, one of the largest retail property management and development services
firms based in Texas. In this position, McNeil is
responsible for financial oversight and landlord representation functions for
Cencor’s Dallas/Fort Worth portfolio.
Prior to joining Cencor, he was president of Shafer Property Company, where he
was involved in all aspects of the company’s retail and mixed-use property
portfolio, including site acquisition, development, project leasing and asset
sales. He joined Shafer Property Company as an executive in 1997. Prior to that,
he was a real estate sales and leasing representative for Walmart Stores, Inc.
He entered the commercial real estate field in 1990.

McNeil is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He received
a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration – Finance from the
University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
