June 18, 2010 BUFFET CONCEPT LOCATES IN GARLAND'S NORTHSTAR PLAZA GARLAND—Fuji Buffet has leased 9,000 square feet of retail space in Northstar Plaza, a shopping center located at the intersection of Buckingham Road and Garland Road, for a new location. Steve Gray and Austin Schenkel with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the shopping center. Pacific Century Realty represented the restaurant. At Northstar Plaza, Fuji Buffet joins a line-up that includes Aldi grocery, Dollar General, Radio Shack, Whataburger, KFC and Little Caesars. The Weitzman Group is exclusive retail leasing agent for the center, which is managed by Cencor Realty Services.
