GREAT CLIPS LEASES TWO SAN ANTONIO LOCATIONS SAN ANTONIO—SAN ANTONIO--Great Clips, North America’s largest single-brand salon, has leased two new locations in H-E-B-anchored centers, in San Antonio and New Braunfels. Gene Williams with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the two separate Great Clips franchisees. In San Antonio, Great Clips leased 1,050 square feet in Alon Town Centre, a mixed-use project located at Wurzbach Parkway and NW Military Highway. At Alon Town Centre, Great Clips joins a tenant mix that includes H-E-B Alon Market. In New Braunfels, Great Clips leased 1,383 square feet in a community center located at 1655 Highway 46 West. At the center, Great Clips joins a line-up that includes H-E-B grocery. .
