QDOBA LEASES FIRST AUSTIN-AREA LOCATION AUSTIN— Qdoba Mexican Grill® has leased 2,500 square feet of retail space in Great Hills Market, a regional-draw center located at the northwest corner of Great Hills Trail and Highway 183, for a new location. Andrew Scroggie and Adam Zimel with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the shopping center. SCC Interests represented the restaurant. Qdoba is an artisanal Mexican fast-casual restaurant known for its fresh ingredients, bold flavors and innovative menu. This location marks the first in the Austin area and is set to open in mid-July. At Great Hills Market, Qdoba joins a line-up that includes Petco, T.J. Maxx, Macaroni Grill, Pier 1 Imports, La Madeleine and more. Great Hills Market is managed by Cencor Realty Services. . |
