WEITZMAN NEGOTIATES PURCHASE OF SOUTHLAKE RETAIL CENTER

SOUTHLAKE—Timarron Venture, Ltd., a Dallas-based limited partnership assembled by Cencor Realty Services, has purchased Village at Timarron, a 36,284-square-foot neighborhood/specialty center located at the southeast corner of Southlake Boulevard (FM 1709) and Byron Nelson Parkway. The seller and purchase price were not disclosed.

JC Burciaga, director of the Investment Advisory Services division of The Weitzman Group, handled negotiations.

Village at Timarron, located in the heart of Southlake’s main retail district, features a line-up that includes Frost Bank, Spa D’Aroma, Studio A, Nelson’s, Adventure Kids, Salon DeMello, Studio Arthouse, Hexter Fair Title Company, Duncan Cleaners, K&C Tailor and others.

The center will be leased by Michelle Caplan and Earl Harris with The Weitzman Group and managed by Cencor Realty Services under the direction of Sandi Scott.

Village at Timarron benefits from its accessibility and visibility in the Southlake market, which ranks as one of the most affluent in the United States.
