April 23, 2010 CENCOR COMPLETES MAJOR RENOVATION OF MONTFORT/ALPHA DALLAS—Cencor Realty Services has completed the complete renovation of Montfort/Alpha Shopping Center, a mall-peripheral neighborhood center located at the northwest corner of Montfort Drive and Alpha Road, peripheral to Valley View Mall in Far North Dallas. Greg Colchin, Cencor senior vice president and director of asset management, directed the renovation. The renovation created a new landmark tower and added a new fascia, which features all-new coordinated signage, awnings and natural stone accents and columns. Retailers, restaurants and services at Montfort/Alpha include Middle Eastern Restaurant, UK Beauty Supply, Soonja’s Bakery, Jeannie’s Chinese Restaurant, ACE Cash Express, Baja Insurance, SK Tailor, Jet Cleaners and Alpha Nails. Mike Merlene with Cencor  managed the construction process.  Cencor’s Beth Connett is property manager for Montfort/Alpha. The Weitzman Group’s Christopher Young is the exclusive leasing agent for Montfort/Alpha.
