WEITZMAN BRINGS NEW CONCEPTS TO GRAND CENTRAL STATION
AUSTIN—The Weitzman Group, as exclusive leasing agent for Grand Central
Station, a community center located in the 8700 block of Research Boulevard, has
strengthened the tenant mix at the center, with new concepts including a grocery
store that will soon open its first Austin-area location.
El Rancho Supermercado, which currently operates several locations in the
Dallas/Fort Worth area and in the Houston area, opens its first Austin store
this month. The store’s departments include meat and seafood, deli, bakery,
produce and general grocery items. Weitzman’s Michele Gary and Ryder Jeanes
handled negotiations.
Also leasing at Grand Central Station is Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant, which
leased 2,688 square feet for its first location. Weitzman’s Gabriel Sanchez,
Michele Gary and Ryder Jeanes handled negotiations.
At Grand Central Station, the new concepts join a line-up that includes Big
Lots!, Family Dollar, IHOP, The UPS Store, Boost Mobile, Rent-A-Center, San
Antonio Shoes, Sea Dragon Restaurant and several more.
