March 31, 2010 LOS CUCOS LOCATES IN BRYAN'S COLONY PARK CENTER BRYAN—Los Cucos Mexican Café, a Houston-based Mexican restaurant with more than 14 locations, has purchased a 1.02-acre pad site Colony Park Shopping Center, located at 2305 Boonville Road at the Highway 6 Bypass, for its second location in the Bryan/College Station area. James Namken, Kyle Knight and Jed Mandel with The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the center. Lost Cucos was represented by Chodrow Realty Advisors. Los Cucos, which opened its first location in 1991, now has restaurants throughout the Houston area, as well as in Dallas, San Antonio and other Texas markets. At Colony Park, Los Cucos joins a line-up that includes Kroger Signature, Chase, Jack in the Box and others.
