PLATO'S CLOSET LOCATES IN WATAUGA TOWNE CENTER WATAUGA—Plato’s Closet, a retailer offering gently used brand-name clothing and accessories for children, teens and twenty-something boys and girls, has leased 3,102 square feet of retail space in Watauga Towne Center, located at the intersection of Denton Highway (SH-377) and North Tarrant Parkway, for its eleventh Dallas/Fort Worth-area location. Christopher Walker and Guy Grivas with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the shopping center. Plato’s Closet, a nationwide unique recycling store, buys and sells the latest looks in gently used clothing and accessories from the hottest brand name designers for girls and guys. Each Plato’s Closet is individually owned and operated. At Watauga Towne Center, Plato’s Closet joins a line-up that includes Albertsons, Great Clips, Leslie’s Swimming Pool Supplies, Chase bank, EyeMasters, Rosa’s Café, Wendy’s, Panda Express and many more. . |
