September 29, 2009 SIMPLY FASHION LEASES IN GREENS CROSSROADS HOUSTON--Simply Fashion, a Birmingham, Alabama-based retailer of ladies casual wear and accessories at very affordable prices, has leased 3,915 square feet of retail space in Greens Crossroads Shopping Center, located at 205-249 West Greens Road. Braxton Brockenbrough with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the retailer. Lyle Cowand with WPW Realty Advisors represented the landlord. At Greens Crossroads Shopping Center, Simply Fashion joins Burlington Coat Factory, Dollar General, It’s Fashion Metro and others.
