December 31, 2009 EDEN COLLECTION LEASES IN ALAMO RANCH IN SAN ANTONIO SAN ANTONIO—Eden Collection, a women’s upscale apparel retailer, has leased 4,740 square feet of retail space in Alamo Ranch, a regional shopping center located at the southwest corner of Loop 1604 and Culebra Road. Lex Lutto with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations on behalf of the retailer. Eden Collection offers affordable and fashionable clothing and accessories for women. Eden Collection is a new concept from retailer Jimmy Yun, who also operates the popular Fashion Max on Marbach Road. At Alamo Ranch, Eden Collection joins a regional line-up that includes JCPenney, SuperTarget, Best Buy, Lowe’s, Ross Dress For Less and many others.
