CREDIT UNION PURCHASES HOUSTON-AREA PAD SITE LEAGUE CITY--NWC SH 96 FM 270 Ltd., a joint venture assembled by Cencor Realty Services, has sold a 1.74-acre pad site at Tuscan Lakes Shopping Center to JSC Federal Credit Union. The center, developed by Cencor, is located at the northwest corner of SH 96 and FM 270. Randy Hopper, James Namken and Kyle Knight with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations. Tuscan Lakes, leased by The Weitzman Group, features a line-up that includes LA Fitness, Smoothie Factory, Sunkissed Tan and other shops and services . |
