WEITZMAN SELECTED TO LEASE KATY MILLS-AREA RETAIL

KATY—The Weitzman Group has been selected as exclusive retail leasing agent for 1998 Katy Mills Boulevard, a mall-peripheral retail center located at Katy Mills Boulevard and I-10.

Jed Mandel and Parker Nicholson with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group are handling leasing. 

1998 Katy Mills Boulevard, a project of The Hanson Trust, features 6.630 square feet of retail space and a line-up that includes Starbucks, Quiznos and SportClips Haircuts. The center benefits from its location peripheral to Walmart and to Katy Mills Mall, where the anchors include Bass Pro Shops, AMC Theatres, Neiman Marcus Last Call and others. 

In addition, 1998 Katy Mills benefits from a location that sees more than 52,000 vehicles daily on I-10 and more than 29,000 vehicles on Katy Mills Boulevard. Within a three-mile radius of the center, the trade area includes more than 57,000 people and an average household income of nearly $82,000.
