AARON'S LOCATES IN GRAPEVINE TOWNE CENTER GRAPEVINE—Aaron’s Rents, the nation’s leader in sales and lease ownership of residential and office furniture, consumer electronics and home appliances and accessories, has leased 7,000 square feet of retail space in Grapevine Towne Center, a regional-draw shopping center located the intersection of SH-114, William D. Tate and SH-26, for a new location. Marc Marrocco with The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the retailer. Michelle Caplan and Earl Harris with Weitzman Group handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the shopping center. Michael Hogg, real estate manager for Aaron’s, directed the transaction. At Grapevine Towne Center, Aaron’s Rents joins a line-up that includes Target, World Market, Office Depot, Ross Dress For Less and many others. . |
