September 21, 2009 TACO BELL PURCHASES DENTON SITE DENTON—Taco Bell, the nation’s leading Mexican-style quick-service restaurant chain, has purchased a 35,863-square-foot pad site located on Loop 288 at Brinker Drive, in the heart of Denton’s strongest regional retail district, for a new location. Michelle Caplan and Elizabeth Nabholtz with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, handled negotiations. Taco Bell will build and operate a new freestanding
restaurant at the site. Taco Bell, a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc., serves
tacos, burritos, signature quesadillas, Grilled Stuft Burritos, nachos and other
specialty items.
