ARLINGTON--Anna’s Linens, the value leader in fashions for the home, has leased 8,416 square feet of retail space in Bardin Place, a shopping center located at 4638 South Cooper, peripheral to the Parks at Arlington mall, for its first Arlington location.

Marc Marrocco with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for Anna’s Linens.

Anna's Linens offers an assortment of soft home furnishings, including sheets, bedding, towels, bath accessories, tabletop, window coverings, and decorative accessories, all at guaranteed low prices.

Anna’s Linens is headquartered in Costa Mesa, California, and operates more than 260 stores in 18 states. The Bardin Place store is set to open in October. The retailer’s chief executive, who founded the company in 1988, has been recognized by the Home Textiles Industry as “Merchant of the Year”.
