September 8, 2009 WEITZMAN HANDLES SALE OF INWOOD PLAZA OFFICE BUILDING DALLAS--Lutador, LLC, based in Dallas, has purchased Inwood Plaza, a five-story, 34,663-square-foot office building located at 12240 Inwood Road, for an undisclosed price. The seller was a limited partnership. Bill Knopick and Jonathan Diamond with the Corporate Services Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as exclusive listing agent for the building. Inwood Plaza features a location that is adjacent to the Dallas North Tollway and LBJ Freeway ((I-635). The building further benefits from a recent renovation. The Weitzman Group will continue to lease office space in the building.
