FITNESS 360 OPENS SECOND LOCATION IN THE TRIANGLE AUSTIN—Fitness 360 has leased 5,400 square feet of space in The Triangle, a mixed-use environment located at the junction of Guadalupe, Lamar and 46th Street, for its second Austin-area location. Graham Carter, Adam Zimel, Matt Epple and Russ Howard with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for The Triangle in cooperation with Cole Broadhead, who represented the tenant. Fitness 360’s innovative approach offers premium equipment, training and facilities in a user-friendly environment. The gym features top-of-the-line equipment, personal trainers, tanning beds and other services and offers 24-hour access. The Triangle’s retail space features a line-up with approximately 30 retailers, restaurants and services, including RunTex, Flying Saucer, OfficeMax, Kick Butt Coffee, Chase, Galaxy Café, Texas Blooms, Fish City Grill and many others. The Triangle also features apartments and lofts, as well as a city park. . |
