WILLIAMS PROMOTED TO WEITZMAN VP SAN ANTONIO— Gene Williams has been promoted to vice president with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest regional commercial real estate brokerage firms in the country. Williams handles retail project representation and retail tenant representation in the San Antonio area, as well as in Laredo and the Rio Grande Valley area. Williams is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the San Antonio Real Estate Council and its Leadership Development Program and the San Antonio RECSA Government Affairs Committee and Fight Night Committee. He is a board member of the San Antonio Children's Shelter and is on its Buildings & Facilities Committee. He also serves as the director of The Bean-Dirks Memorial Scholarship Fund, which annually raises from $75,000 to $100,000 put toward college scholarships for high school graduates in need. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing with a minor in Spanish from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. . |
