SAGINAW RETAIL CENTER PURCHASED FOR INVESTMENT

SAGINAW—Jonni Investment Company has purchased a 10,500-square-foot neighborhood center located at the northwest corner of Saginaw Boulevard and Cambridge Drive. The seller was Saginaw Investments.

Eddie Liebman, senior vice president with the Investment Properties Group of The Weitzman Group, handled negotiations.

The center features a strong line-up of neighborhood retailers and services, including Subway, Little Caesars , MetroPCS and Access Dental
