YOUNG PROMOTED TO WEITZMAN AVP DALLAS—Christopher Young has been promoted to assistant vice president with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest regional commercial real estate brokerage firms in the country. Young is a member of the project representation team that handles the leasing of retail properties controlled by Cencor Realty Services. Prior to joining The Weitzman Group, Young was associate leasing director with Florida-based The Rendina Companies, a national developer of medical office buildings and related commercial developments. He also gained property management experience with the company. Young’s marketing experience includes working as a marketing associate with The Marketing Arm, where he worked event promotions for the Air Force. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. Young received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas . |
