PAD THAI LOCATES THIRD LOCATION IN MUELLER AUSTIN—Pad Thai Restaurant, a restaurant specializing in Thai food, has leased 2,165 square feet of retail space in Mueller Regional Retail, the regional retail component of the mixed-use Mueller community. Ryder Jeanes, Lance Morris and Parker Estes with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations. Weitzman is the exclusive retail leasing agent for Mueller. Pad Thai will open its third area restaurant at Mueller, which features a retail line-up that includes Best Buy, Marshalls, Home Depot, Staples and many others
