FACTORY MATTRESS SALES LOCATES IN SAN ANTONIO SAN ANTONIO— Factory Mattress Sales, a Central Texas-based mattress and bedding accessories retailer, has leased 4,000 square feet of retail space in The Village at Forum Parkway, a shopping center located at the southwest quadrant of I-35 and Forum Parkway, for a new location. David Schnitzer with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group represented the retailer, and Weitzman's Phil Telisak represented the shopping center. Factory Mattress Sales, founded in 1977, currently operates 12 locations in San Antonio and Austin. The retailer offers a complete line of innerspring mattresses, Tempur-Pedic® and Latex mattresses, waterbeds, softside waterbeds, daybeds, bunkbeds, electric adjustable beds and futons. The Village at Forum Parkway, a project is Cencor Realty Services, is expanding this year with concepts including Circuit City, Office Depot and Houlihan's restaurant. Other anchors at the center include Bassett Furniture Direct, Chuck E. Cheese's and Citibank. . . |
