WEITZMAN GROUP LEASING DENTON TOWNE CROSSING DENTON—The Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group has been named exclusive leasing agent for Denton Towne Crossing, a regional shopping center located at the southwest quadrant of Loop 288 and Brinker Road. The center, shadow-anchored by SuperTarget and The Home Depot, incorporates 35,716 square feet of in-line space. Andrew Sanderson and Blake Shipp with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handle leasing. Denton Towne Crossing is a project of SCI Properties. In addition to the anchors, retailers at Denton Towne Crossing include Men’s Wearhouse, Pei Wei Asian Diner, McAlister’s Deli, Payless ShoeSource and Verizon Wireless. Denton Towne Crossing benefits from the draw of its anchors, as well as its visible and accessible location in the heart of Denton’s most vibrant retail corridor. Price Edwards of Oklahoma City manages the center, and Pennsylvania-based Fameco Real Estate, LP, is asset manager.
