SHERWIN-WILLIAMS LEASES IN MESQUITE 

MESQUITE—Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes Corporation has leased 7,889 square feet of retail space in Mesquite Towne Center Plaza, a shopping center located at the southwest corner of Independence Drive and Town East Boulevard, for a new location.

Perren Gasc and Bryan Grossman with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the shopping center as exclusive leasing agents for Mesquite Towne Center Plaza in cooperation with Douglas Schooley with Kimco Realty Corporation. Tom Lynn with NAI Robert Lynn represented the professional and retail coatings supplier.
