GRAY JOINS WEITZMAN GROUP IN D/FW DALLAS— Steve G. Gray, a commercial real estate professional with more than a decade of experience in the D/FW-area market, has joined The Weitzman Group as a vice president in the company’s Commercial Retail Division. In this position, he will specialize in retail project representation for a portfolio of retail centers controlled by Weitzman’s sister company, Cencor Realty Services. The centers in the portfolio are located throughout the D/FW area. Prior to joining Weitzman, Gray was a vice president with Coldwell Banker Commercial S.A. in its retail services division, where he handled project representation, as well as tenant representation for concepts including Jack in the Box, Cinema Latino, Bar B Cutie, Scottrade and Selective Eyewear Elements (SEE). He has also specialized in project representation. Gray is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers Next Generation and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He received a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from the University of North Texas in Denton. .
