			July 23, 2008 CORAL RESTAURANT LOCATES IN STONEBRIAR COMMONS FRISCO— Cole-Swanson LLC has leased a 6,200-square-foot build-to-suit restaurant at Stonebriar Commons on Legacy, a mixed-use project located at the northwest corner of SH-121 and Legacy Drive, for an upscale concept called Coral. Kenny Novorr with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as an exclusive leasing agent for Stonebriar Commons. Conrow Co. represented the restaurant. Stonebriar Commons features a mix of retail, restaurant, office and hotel space in an upscale setting. Retailers and restaurants at the project include Cantina Laredo, Silver Fox Steakhouse, Farpointe Cellar, Stonebriar Spa and more. .
