WEITZMAN GROUP LEASING SHOPS AT COLORADO DENTON—The Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group is leasing The Shops at Colorado, a new mall-peripheral retail center located at the northeast corner of Colorado Boulevard and Loop 288 in Denton. The Shops of Colorado, peripheral to Golden Triangle Mall, is anchored by Circuit City and Staples. Andrew Sanderson and Blake Ship with Weitzman are handling leasing. The newest retailer at The Shops at Colorado is Party City, the party supplies superstore, which is set to open in Fall 2008. The retail district peripheral to Golden Triangle Mall and along the Loop 288 corridor is the leading retail district in the Denton market. . |
