June 17, 2008 RESTAURANT CONCEPT LOCATES AT STONEBRIAR COMMONS  FRISCO—Cole-Swanson LLC has leased a 6,200-square-foot build-to-suit restaurant at Stonebriar Commons on Legacy, a mixed-use project located at the northwest corner of SH-121 and Legacy Drive. Kenny Novorr with The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as the exclusive retail leasing agent for Stonebriar Commons. Kimberly Lay of Conrow Co. represented the restaurant. Stonebriar Commons features an upscale mix of office, hotel and retail space. The retail space includes Silver Fox Steakhouse, Cantina Laredo, Andrew Custom Jewelry and more.
