Weitzman top producers
celebrate a great year
|
|
The
Weitzman Group's top producers celebrated a great year with a
dinner designed to honor the company's growth in deals and client
service. And they had a lot to
celebrate. During 2007, Weitzman closed 900 lease and sale
transactions throughout Texas. And on the listings side, Weitzman
expanded its statewide portfolio and now leases 44 million
square feet of retail and commercial space throughout Texas.
The
celebration honored more than deals and new listings - it honored
all of the great people who make The Weitzman Group the leading
brokerage force in Texas. "It's all about the people,"
says Herb Weitzman, chairman and CE0. "We are only as good as
our people.".
The
top producers represent the leaders among Weitzman's 65 associates statewide.
That brokerage team is backed by market-leading support from
divisions including administration, research and marketing.
"Everything is based on customer service and market knowledge
with commercial and retail specialization," Weitzman says. "Our
goal is, and has always been, to be a company that provides
excellent service."
