May 28, 2008 SCHNITZER EARNS PRESTIGIOUS CCIM DESIGNATION  DALLAS—David Schnitzer, a vice president with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. The designation was awarded during the Institute's business meetings in Newport Beach, California. Schnitzer earned the designation after passing the Institute's Comprehensive Examination, the final element in the designation process.
