April 2008 NEBRAT PROMOTED TO CENCOR VICE PRESIDENT AUSTIN—Jeff Nebrat has been promoted to vice president of development and asset management for the Austin office of Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest commercial real estate development and property/asset management firms in Texas.              Nebrat will continue to oversee the asset management of a commercial real estate portfolio of approximately 1.2 million square feet of retail and commercial projects throughout Central Texas but will take a more prominent role in Cencor's development and acquisition program.  In Nebrat's tenure at Cencor, he has been involved in the development and redevelopment of shopping centers totaling more than 650,000 square feet and has negotiated more than 200 anchor and small-shop retail leases.             Nebrat is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Council of Austin.           He received a Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
