			February 28, 2008 NEEL PROMOTED TO CENCOR VICE PRESIDENT AUSTIN—Carla Neel has been promoted to vice president of asset/property management for the Austin office of Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest commercial real estate property and asset management firms in Texas. Neel, who joined Cencor is 2002, oversees Cencor’s Property Management operations, which are responsible for a commercial property portfolio consisting primarily of retail centers throughout the greater Austin area. Neel will also handle the asset management for a portfolio of Austin-area retail centers. In Austin, Cencor’s property and asset management portfolio totals approximately 2.8 million square feet of space. Neel is an associate member of the Austin chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is a candidate for the institute’s prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. Neel received a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University in Toronto, Ontario. .
